Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Noctera Coffee does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Incorrect grind size selected by the customer
  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Opened or used products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, tampered, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging and product
  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Resolution Options

Upon verification of your claim, Noctera Coffee may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A full refund
  • A partial refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
