During product launches, promotional campaigns, festive periods, or unforeseen circumstances, processing and dispatch timelines may be extended.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999.
  • A standard shipping fee will be applied to orders below ₹1,999 and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-metro locations: 4–8 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please email us at hello@noctera.coffee with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • Your cancellation request

We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

Cancellation Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
